Texas Farm Credit is excited to facilitate an upcoming live Zoom continuing education class: Making Waves in Texas Real Estate: Understanding the New Water Notice and What Every REALTOR® Should Know. Whether you attended our previous Water Notice class or were not able to join us, we wanted to make sure you knew about this upcoming opportunity. Please note: This is not a repeat of the Water Notice class that was previously held. This session will provide REALTORS® with additional information and practical guidance related to the new water notice and water issues affecting Texas real estate transactions. The class will feature presentations by Dr. Charles Porter, co-author of the New Water Notice, and Dr. Blake Bennett with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
