 Broker Membership

A Broker who holds membership with Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® , Texas REALTORS® , and the National Association of REALTORS®. 

Brokers receive all REALTOR® benefits and services and must ensure compliance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and GTAR policies.

Brokers receive full local association benefits, including: 

• Access to GTAR member resources, events, and education at member pricing
• Eligibility for GTAR committees and leadership roles
• Participation in local advocacy efforts and member-exclusive programs
• Use of the REALTOR® trademark and designation (through their primary association)

Please Note: No invoices will be generated until after your application has been reviewed and approved. Once approved and any prior membership status has been verified, you will receive an invoice for applicable dues and fees.
