This course is designed to provide real estate license holders with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program - the two most commonly used home loans for Texas military veterans. Course covers in depth VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that Realtors can better assist military home buyers or sellers who received VA offers on their homes
