This course will educate licensees on the recent contract form changes adopted by both the Texas REALTORS® and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Participants will learn the proper use and completion of these updated forms, along with a comprehensive overview of the documents commonly used in real estate transactions. The course will also explain how these revisions impact real estate professionals and the way transactions are conducted. Licensees will gain a better understanding of contract updates, related addenda, and how to effectively navigate changes throughout the transaction process. In addition, the course will provide insight into how contract revisions can affect negotiations and overall transaction management.
