Course will provide real estate professionals a better understanding of land management, its impact on land value, and how to market property more effectively. Learning objectives include soils and importance of land cover, drought minimization, flooding events and an effective water supply. An outdoor demo on rainfall, soils and stream trailers will take place during the course. Students will learn about different soils, plants, water, habitats and dams that affect properties.
