Change is inevitable, and real estate contracts are no different. This course by Bart Stockton will examine the more common ways that residential contracts are modified. Participants will examine the most common residential contract addenda as well as several typical ways that contracts are modified using Amendments. Participants will also practice writing Amendments to accomplish some of these more common changes and role play as both buyer agents and listing agents to write and review repair request lists based on actual residential property inspection reports.
